Default Dark colors running

I am trying to print black ink on a white 100% cotton shirt.

I have the lightest ink setting with the smallest drop size.

Still running

Any suggestions?

Have to finish a job and anajet is closed.

Thanks

Please clarify. It's running(wicking?) right after printing or when you wash?

Are you running dual CMYK? The only time I've seen this is on moisture wicking fabric, but that was not on the lowest setting. On white t-shirts, I'll use Medium dot level 2 and I'll get a good deep color without over saturation. Is this bleeding to one side?, perhaps you need to level the platten, check alignment and use the block to make sure you are the propper distance from the head.

Thanks.

I found out what caused it. Didn't sleep too well last night as this is all I could think about.

It seems as though I can only set the ink level and drop size once. I tried to change it while printing 1 shirt at a time and increase ink and it printed the same all the way through.

I had it at light and ink 1. So I printed it twice. the coverage was good and it looked awesome.

Going forward I will call Anajet on Monday to see if this is a glich in the software.
