Default Ink Out Error/Ink Chip Holder

The problem first started with the MAGENTA channel not printing correctly..(when I did the nozzle check print it was less then 80%) So I did the normal maintenance to get it unclogged. Well nothing changed. Soooo... we decided to take a look at the dampers. To our surprise in the Magenta damper was a bunch of floating pieces of dry ink. We ran cleaning solution through the damper and pushed out the dried up ink, put everything back together and still had the check print below 80%. We were then told the next step would be to push some cleaning solution through the printhead intake for magenta. Flushed perfectly. Now that we are all on the same page of this horror story my problem is I am now getting a Ink Out Error! I manually primed the line and am still getting this error. (With all 8 leds lit on my ink board lit) Can anyone help if you have had this issue. Thanks...and I'm getting on the phone with Anajet as well.

Fixed...Everything we did was correct the dampers were not all the way pushed down by the casing.
