No, not breaking up with a girl as if I can get one Ha
Saying bye bye to Anajet and getting a Brother
Doing 5grand rebate thing because sick of it messing up shirts
I loosing 10thous because of lease but i will have peace of mind...
I also was very upset that Anajet people did not treat me well when I asked if they can refurbish it...
They did not wanna call me back, "manager to important to call me back personally and had a grunt worker tell me, oh we dont do that, sell on ebay, you make more money ..
To all Anajet user HaHa have fun, they got your money
Believe me, longer you have machine more your gonna hate it...
1 year of owning it , I lost thousands in time wasteds, thousands in wasted ink and shirts, and lossing 10 more thousnd because getting rid of it for a Brother
hi Sean, I am in suspense waiting for you to purchase you $60,000 white ink Brother machine. Look forward to your constructive reviews. God help Brother!
Ha.. Never will get a machine with white ink Dave : )
Going with the 541.. saw it yesterday and fell in love, signed the papers immediately : )
BTW... Sorry to say but new people at warehouse need to work on attitude issue.. I wanted to see if they refurbish machine so i can resell or if they buy back for $5 grand and there answer was sell on eBay.
Was more annoyed they didn't wanna call me back and when I asked for Manager, they had a "tech" forward me message that they won't do nothing for me.."
This has nothing to do with our relationship, because I think your a terrific gentlemen but I was very disappointed with Anajet, which is why I immediately signed papers for machine where I lost 10 thous dollar plus gotta pay for a new and old machine at this point
Sean, why dont you just run the anajet with 8 cmyk cartridges? That should clear up alot of misgivings. I understand you are dissappointed with the white but buying a new machine that does exactly the same as the anajet would not make and business sense unless you are so fed up with it that you cant stand the site of here anymore!

I have had tons of issues with machine in whole and with CMKY
Put it this way, I took files yesterday to them that I had huge color issues with and the Brother printed them twice as good without zero tweaking...
Was twice as fast as well, I have issues with photos need alotta adjustments to get highlights printed correctly but the brother came out flawless, also Anajet black ink don;t look black theirs did...
Loved how it also tells me ink cost on each job.. interesting one 10x12 print was 28 cent and another was 80 cents full bleed, vey hand for contract jobs which they want alot and best price possible : )
I may be out alot of money, but I have peace of mind
I didn't get my money Back ha...
If you are doing 1 offs with Anajet than you be in green but if you doing contract work like me than def. go with Brother printer : )
ran in that issue when had white ink, ink was literally baked in there so badly, that lines had to be changed, I was able to do it but took over an hour, very messy but can be done...
I aint most technical person and I did it.... Some situations, Anajet will ask you to send machine to them, but if company you bought it from is near you, they are obligated to fix it in 1 year time for free, if they give you sh8t about it, tell them,"ok I will call lease company to pick up because won;t pay for it" that worked for me twice Ha"
Believe me, longer you have machine more your gonna hate it...
1 year of owning it , I lost thousands in time wasteds, thousands in wasted ink and shirts, and lossing 10 more thousnd because getting rid of it for a Brother
Well Sean , now that you spent your money and have your Brother, maybe you will find peace in your sanctuary in Maine. Look forward to seeing you soon. About refurb, we can talk about it, but your machine is now out of warranty and next buyer will want a complete look over. Plus putting back consumables etc.. Meanwhile every month AnaJet sales continue with 99% of our customers being happy. To bad you never could come to CA. for professional factory training. You could have saved over $ 20,000 .
Re: Fair well my Lover oh how I shall not miss you
And if you can't make it, TOO BAD!
I wasn't too thrilled with AnaJet, back when we were at SGIA Orlando (was that where it was? Its been awhile) demoing them in our booth. I was never happy with the multi-pass registration consistency, as well as speed and ink cost (among other things). There is a guy right down the street from me who has one, and I have stopped by to visit his shop from time to time; I was shocked at the sheer volume of misprints he had sitting around... Reminded me of my Kornit days. Of course, ironically, Eddie's Kornit (right across from the service road from the guy with the Anajet, literally) has been running great, with very few misprints. haha. Ridiculous....
All I can say, is GREAT choice on the Brother printer. You will NOT regret it. Having owned several printers in the past, I am well familiar with the ups and downs of the different models, and I must say that the Brother is definitely the most well rounded printer that I have used. Good luck! I would say to keep an eye on your ink cost, but since you owned an Anajet, I will assume you already know to do that.
