Just a thought and I need input. Why couldnt we all just buy cheaper inks from fastink, no im not a rep for them, just someone who wants to save money, Refill the carts with a syringe time and time again. Just refill it in thje same hole it comes out of. any thoughts anyone?
We'll send you a set of white ink cartridges, probably 99% full, right now for $50. Had them for a week. Ink wouldn't flow through the tubes. Tired of messing with this machine. We'll also throw in an additional 2 white cartridges that are around half full. Let me know...

I may be interested in them. What is the date on the cartridges?
Your flow issue is probably capping station related. It sounds like you don't want to continue with the white ink, but I'd be willing to help with whatever problems you are having.
There is a company out there called www.DTGinks.com, they have a bulk system for the anajet, the cost is over half of the Anajet inks. I have a sprint model, and the switch was easy, even in the middle of a job. When you go to their website you are going to need the inks that are called exact ink. There is also 250ml. bulk carts you need to purchase only once because they are refillable. They are great people to work with, and will help with anything you need. Hope this helps. Anajet is just way to high.

has anyone else tried this bulk system for anajet? would sure love cheaper ink costs...
After owning the F-125 for 2 years, I am sorry to say that I am still 50/50 on this machine. I had my shares of growing pains, wasted countless supplies of ink cartridges. And paid thru the nose with Anajets prices. I decided to take a chance with DTGinks. Man if it weren't for Dan (DTGinks)- I would of quit this venture along time ago. DTGinks are the way to go if you plan to increase your profit model. Not only are the inks the same - you get twice the amount for the same price Anajet charges.
THERE ARE NO DOWN SIDES from using these cartridges. How can there be? You are not modifying the unit - just replacing the ink cartridges....The unit powers up sees the cartidges and just syphons it up to the head, the same way it would from an orignal Anajet cartridge.
DTGink cartridges are now sealed just like Anajets. the only difference is you are getting more for less......
I use to have some good things to say about the company - there are too many things wrong with the machine as well as the poor service from the new management. I refuse to let them profit from me anymore - thats why I took a chance with the bulk ink system.
I have stop using this machine for tshirts, and only concentrate on printing tote bags for a few local accounts. Even though the print head was upgraded to the Epson 1900, I dont like the quality and durability of the prints....
I have taken ink out of the anajet cartridges before but have never tried to put back. I took it out with a very fine syringe and the cart didn't leak so I see no reason why you couldn't do the same thing in reverse. Since the exact same ink is available in bulk for way less than 1/2 the cost I think it would be an experiment I would be willing to try. Buying ink in the anajet carts costs $0.58 per cc for CMYK and in bulk it costs as low as $0.20 per cc if you're willing to buy in liters. This is a huge savings!
I harvest all my ink and have only had one bag burst on me. But since it was filled with "empty" ink, I didn't really lose anything. Once I get the "Low ink" warning, I pull the cart out and put the remaining ink into a clear bottle. When that bottle gets full enough, I put it back into a "spent" cart.
I've saved well over a few hundred dollars doing this.
