My Hygrometer is a springfield precise temp and I found it in the garden center of home depot. I think it was only about 20 dollars. It has a digital temp and humidity reading on it. Hope this helps Naomi

Yes, it does. Thanks so much!! $20 even better. I was afraid I had to take out a small loan again, man these supplies sure add up. Thanks again!

well, that leads me to ask, what type of humidifier did you get? I am tempted to get a Elephant one from Target, but I am thinking that's not what they meant.

I use the ones made by vicks with the hot steam as opposed to the cool ones.. I find the hot steam ones put out alot more humidity. I have two of them for when it gets super dry I can run them both. Is it the same there Naomi? I swear since yesterday it the humidity level dropped about 20 percent here in San Pedro.

I bought this one from Amazon and have been very happy with it.

I'm not sure how exact it is as I have no other references but when it drops below 40% humdity, the Anajet gets balky and when itgoes over 65% the Versacamm prints have issues and that pretty much matches what I expect to see.

I don't know. I need to get a meter gauge thingy first
but I swear, if it's not one thing, it's another. I run a DE humidifier on our bottom floor. and now I have to get a HUMIDIFIER for our top floor. Go figure. Maybe that's why I had issues last night while printing. Sigh. Thanks (how are you feeling?)
