I was just instaling my anajet and when I did the ink charge, the cmyk's were fine, but no of the white's worked. Could this be from old ink? the printer has not been used since is was refurbished. ink cartridges were not installed. Can anybody help? Aslso i am now getting the power light blinking and the wait light solid on.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What are the dates on the ink? Have you been rotating (agitating) the carts. I think the lights mean that you may have to reset the ink counter. I would call Anajet.

Thank you. Got the lights to quit. I just got the machine on friday, so I don't know if they were agitated or not. Ordered new ones and hopefully all will work.
